I believe that designing experiences based on actual people through user-centered research can change the world.

 

Innovating in undefined and complex problem spaces requires imagination and a can-do attitude. I uncover insights through a creative and iterative process and translate findings into compelling stories that help people make sense of ambiguity.

 

As a researcher, my goal is to generate data based on multidisciplinary research methods. I design and conduct research studies from start to finish to help businesses improve their users' lives and elevate the status quo for UX research.

 

As a human, my goal is to inspire resourcefulness, curiosity, and joy. Previously, I earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and worked closely with families and people in crisis at non-profits providing life-saving resources. Being an advocate for people facing systemic barriers to housing, education, and healthcare shaped my understanding of the impact that innovative technology has on the quality of life for everybody.
